• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
• Please provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

• Our products are prepared fresh in small batches using natural ingredients, without preservatives. Slight variations in colour, texture and aroma between batches are natural.
• Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may differ.
• Please read the ingredients carefully if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, and store products as advised.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Delivery is currently free.
• Payment is made online through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after the payment is successful.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

Ratings and reviews you submit must be honest and relate to products you have purchased. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated. All website content, including text, images and logos, belongs to Sahaja Utpad and may not be copied without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in East Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh.
