• Account details: your email address and/or mobile number, and a securely encrypted password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier.
• Order details: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, landmark, PIN code, order notes and the products you purchase.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive only the payment reference and status; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Reviews: ratings you give to products you have received.
• Device storage: your browser stores your cart, wishlist, saved addresses and sign-in session so the site works smoothly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• To prepare, pack and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To send order confirmations, invoices and updates on shipping, delivery and cancellation.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To send our newsletter, only if you have subscribed to it.
• To prevent fraud, keep the website secure and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Courier and delivery partners, to deliver your order (name, phone and address).
• Our email provider (Zoho), to send you emails.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, when required by law.

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting laws, and account details for as long as your account is active. Passwords are stored in encrypted form, and our website uses secure HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

• You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• You may ask us to delete your account. We will retain order and invoice records where the law requires us to.
• You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by writing to us.

Our website is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its revision date.
