Shipping & Delivery Policy

We prepare every order fresh after it is placed, then pack it with care and hand it to our delivery partners. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you.
1. Delivery charges
Delivery is currently free on all orders.
2. Preparation and delivery time
- Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed.
- After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
- Delays may occasionally occur because of holidays, weather, courier disruptions or other events beyond our control. We will keep you informed.
3. Order updates
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed, when it is shipped and when it is delivered. You can also track its progress anytime under My Orders.
4. Delivery address
Please make sure your address, landmark, PIN code and mobile number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. If a delivery attempt fails, our partner or our team will contact you to arrange redelivery.
5. Receiving your order
Please check the package at the time of delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, take photos and contact us within 48 hours, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
